The five.zero X is our newest wheelset. If gravel is your thing and you are looking to capitalize on the growing trend of wide and deep, these are your wheels. Based on our GR50X rims, these wheels are deep (50mm), wide enough to support modern wide gravel (37mm OD, 29mm ID) tires.
We opted to lace these rims to our spOKeLAHOMA hubs to ensure you have smooth, light, strong, and adaptable wheels. Adaptable? Do you run GRX 12 speed 1x? Try that on the big guys wheels - we introduced these wheels with a standard microspline freehub. Not running GRX 1x? No problem, you can order an XDR or HG freehub variant.

These wheels come without markings or labels on the rim (we have a label laser etched on the hubs). Why? I think the better question is why not? Labels add weight, unbalance wheels, and add one more thing to the cost. We have tried stickers, paint, etc. Nothing is perfect and to be honest, we think the stealth look is best. If you want a label, let us know and we will send some. Free advertising for us. But we trust in our product and don’t think you need that!
